By using the store, you accept the terms contained in these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions. Every visitor is bound by the current version of the Terms and Conditions.
1. Owner

2. Customer
According to applicable legal regulations, the sale of pyrotechnic materials is allowed only to adults.
Due to the inability to verify the customer's age during online purchases, the customer agrees to verification by phone and during delivery by the courier company.
3. Orders
Orders placed in the online store will be confirmed via email by the sales system. After logging into the store, the customer has access to the current status of their order.
Randomly selected orders are processed only after prior confirmation by the customer (via phone or email). Orders that cannot be confirmed will be canceled.
We reserve the right to reject orders without providing a reason.
4. Delivery Time
Ordered goods will be shipped within three working days from the moment the order is placed, if possible.
You will be informed of any delays in order fulfillment on an ongoing basis.
5. Product Returns
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, by submitting a written statement and returning the goods.
The goods should be returned to the company’s registered address.
If this is not possible (e.g., due to the size or weight of the package), please contact the store to arrange an alternative solution.
Refunds will be made via bank transfer or postal order (we do not accept cash on delivery returns!) within 14 days from the date of return to the store.
The customer will receive a refund for the value of the returned goods plus return shipping costs.
Please note that we only accept goods that are clean, complete, and unused. A proof of purchase must be included with the returned item.
6. Complaints
If the delivered product has manufacturing defects, the customer has the right to receive a defect-free replacement or a product with the defect removed.
Warranty terms and conditions are included with the sold products.
In the event of any issues, please return the product at the store’s cost, along with the receipt (invoice) related to the order.
Once the product is returned, details regarding exchange, repair, or refund will be arranged.
7. Prices and Promotions
All prices listed in the store are gross prices (including VAT).
All promotions and discounts are valid while supplies last or until a specified date.
8. Shipping
All parcels are sent via courier service.

10. Limitation of Liability
Although the information presented on the online store's website is based on our knowledge and experience, it should not be followed blindly.
In particular, instructions for using fireworks should always be thoroughly read from the original labels on the packaging before use.
We are only human and may make mistakes that go unnoticed.
Therefore, we are not responsible for any damage resulting from the information provided.
Please always act with common sense.
11. Final Provisions
In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the Civil Code shall apply.

WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS
A CUSTOMER WHO PURCHASES A PRODUCT IN OUR ONLINE STORE HAS THE RIGHT TO WARRANTY AND COMPLAINT IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

THE PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT BY THE COURIER COMPANY.
(THE COMPLAINT MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 2 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY BY SENDING AN EMAIL TO: topreklamacja@gmail.com)
OUR COMPANY WILL AGREE WITH THE CUSTOMER ON A METHOD FOR EXCHANGING THE DAMAGED PRODUCT FOR A FULL-VALUE PRODUCT. -
THE PRODUCT HAS MANUFACTURING DEFECTS (E.G., MISSING FUSE, ETC.).
THE CUSTOMER IS ENTITLED TO RECEIVE A PRODUCT WITH THE DEFECT REMOVED OR TO EXCHANGE IT FOR A NEW, DEFECT-FREE ITEM.
OUR COMPANY CAREFULLY INSPECTS THE GOODS BEFORE SHIPPING.
IN CASE OF ANY DEFECTS, PLEASE RETURN THE PRODUCT TO THE ONLINE STORE'S ADDRESS.
THE SHIPPING COST WILL BE REIMBURSED TO THE CUSTOMER, OR A COURIER WILL BE SENT TO COLLECT THE PACKAGE FROM THE CUSTOMER.
IMPORTANT:
PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO INCLUDE THE PROOF OF PURCHASE (RECEIPT OR INVOICE) IN THE RETURNED PACKAGE.
WITHOUT A RECEIPT OR INVOICE, THE COMPLAINT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
ONCE THE PRODUCT IS DELIVERED TO THE ONLINE STORE’S PREMISES, THE DETAILS REGARDING EXCHANGE OR REPAIR WILL BE DETERMINED.
