Data collected through direct contact by the Customer with the Online Store via the website is used solely for correspondence with the Customer and to respond to the Customer's inquiry.
Basis for Data Processing
Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to utilize the full functionality of the Online Store, i.e., placing an Order. Access to Personal Data

The Customer has the option of direct email contact with Online Store employees via electronic mail.
Account Deletion
A Customer who has created an account in the Online Store can delete the account at any time through the Online Store or by phone contact. Account deletion is irreversible and means the removal of all Customer data. Restoring such an account will not be possible.

The entered address must be confirmed by clicking the link in the email confirming the subscription to the service. The Customer uses the newsletter service voluntarily for an indefinite period. The newsletter is a free service. The Customer can unsubscribe from the newsletter service at any time. Unsubscription can be done in the account settings or via email.
Final Provisions
The Administrator is aware that they are responsible for protecting the data entrusted by Customers. Security issues are treated with utmost seriousness. Therefore, efforts are made to protect the Online Store from unauthorized access by third parties and to control the methods of collecting, storing, and processing information. The Administrator uses server security devices, encryption devices, and physical security measures. Access to data is granted only to those employees and entities that need it to process it solely for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
